Application of Hi-C sequencing to detect structural variants in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Large structural variants are easily detected by Hi-C sequencing as strong, distant signals on a Hi-C contact map. Translocations are frequently evident in B-ALL and accurate identification of these translocations can guide clinical treatment options. Here were apply shallow Hi-C sequencing as an unbiased, cost-effective approach to identify translocations among B-ALL patients.
