Circular RNAs upregulated in medulloblastoma regulate proliferation and growth of tumor cells via host genes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: It has recently been demonstrated circular RNAs (circRNAs) involve in various biological processes, nevertheless, the function of circRNAs in medulloblastoma is still unknown. The present study aims to investigate the expression profiles of circRNAs in medulloblastoma and related mechanisms for tumorigenesis and progression of medulloblastoma.
