Change in circulating miRNA at two weeks after anti-TNF therapy predicts response at 14 weeks: a pilot study
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Circulating microRNA were collected from RA patients before and 2, 4, and 14 weeks after anti-TNF (Golimumab) treatment. Changes in expression from baseline to 2 weeks are predictive of response, whereas changes to 4 and 14 weeks are not. This study suggests the importance of collecting early biomarker samples post-treatment to evaluate efficacy and guide therapy.
