NEUROG1 regulates CKD2 expression to promote proliferation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: An immortalized multipotent otic progenitor (iMOP) cell was used to determine H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 histone marks. Promoters containing enriched with both histone marks were considered bivalent promoters. Neurog1 dependent transription was determined in genes with bivalently marked promoters.
