Expression data from piperlongumine treated bladder cancer T24 cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Piperlongumine (PL), a natural alkaloid isolated from longer pepper plants, is recently found to be a potent selective anti-cancer compound. To further explore the therapeutic spectrum and molecular mechanisms of PL, we tested its anti-cancer effects in bladder cancer, the fifth most common and aggressive cancer worldwide. We used microarrays to detail the profile of miRNA expression underlying piperlongumine treatment and identified distinct classes of regulated microRNA during this process.
