Project description:To identify differentially expressed microRNAs in tumor tissues, human hyopophryngeal squamos cell carcinoma tissues were subjected to miRCURY LNA microRNA Array. A total of 11 pairs of primary hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma samples and adjacent normal mucosa were obtained from patients who underwent tumor resection at Chiba University Hospital (Chiba, Japan). The Ethics Committee of Chiba University approved our study, and informed consent was obtained from all patients for use of their tissue samples and clinical data. The tissue samples were immersed in RNAlater and stored at -20°C until use.
Project description:Gene expression analysis of a unique HNSCC (Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma) localization, the hypopharynx. Four normal and 34 tumor samples were analysed using Affymetrix HG-U95A microarrays containing probe sets representing ~12650 distinct transcription features.
Project description:We sequenced 30 tissue samples from 15 colorectal cancer patients, including tumor and tumor-adjacent normal tissue (> 2cm from the primary tumor). These patients' plasma has been profiled.
Project description:We report RNAseq analysis of 12 breast cancer patients treated with the ratiotracer 18F-Fluciclovine and the associated radiotracer uptake data. FFPE samples from 12 tumor and 7 benign tissue were sequenced. In addition, tissue samples from 6 normal breast reduction cases were sequenced for a total of 25 samples.
Project description:We collected 3 paired ovarian tumor tissues and ovarian normal tissues. Total RNA was extracted from tissues using Trizol reagent. Then total RNA was processed and circRNAs were profiled using RNA-seq technique. Raw read counts were filtered to remove the genes with a zero read count in 3 or more samples, and then normalized with DESeq2 in the statistical program R (version 4.0.1). Differentially expressed genes were screened using following criterions: fold change was larger than 2 and adjusted P value was less than 0.05.
Project description:differential miRNA expression between breast tumor tissue and normal tissue 50 tumor samples were analyzed. As control samples, 3 pools of normal tissue (10 normal samples for each pool ) were used.
Project description:We performed microarray experiments on gastric tissue samples to identify the differential expression patterns between tumor and normal condition.
