Global analysis of microRNA target sites in human osteoblasts

ABSTRACT: In this study, we determined target sites of microRNA in human osteoblasts by using CLIP-seq for endogenous AG02. Our results suggest a novel mechanism of tumorigenesis by oncomiRs from the miR17~92 cluster through post-transcriptional repression of RNA degradation pathways.
