Genome-wide mapping of H3K27ac marked regions during flower development

ABSTRACT: Flower developmental stage specific genome-wide H3K27ac loci were mapped in this study. By quantifying the enrichment of H3K27ac modification at each stage, we revealed the dynamic landscape of H3K27ac during flower development. The dynamic of H3K27ac was found to contribute to stage specific gene expression. We found that H3K27ac always locate in proximal region of transcription starting sites but hardly appear in distal intergenic region.
