Expression data from murine colorectal tumors of mice fed a normal chow diet and a high fat diet

ABSTRACT: Obesity increases colorectal cancer despite other disturbances. We have used the AOM/DSS protocol to induce colitis-associated cancer in normal chow diet and high fat diet fed animals. Tumors were microdissected and global gene expression was analysed using microarray.
