Genome-wide chromatin profiling usign ATAC-seq of diabetic or non-diabetic murine bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDM)

ABSTRACT: Previous ATAC-seq analysis revealed changes in bone marrow HSC chromatin structure and transcription factor binding site accessibility. Here, we use ATAC-seq analyses on bone marrow derived macrophages to characterise whether HSC chromatin changes are long-lasting, and differences persist in diabetic macrophages, after glucose normalisation, and helps to drive pro-inflammatory gene expression and function.
