ABSTRACT: We developed a low input, low sequencing depth method, EpiMethylTag that combines ATAC-seq or ChIP-seq (M-ATAC or M-ChIP) with bisulfite conversion, to simultaneously examine accessibility/TF binding and methylation on the same DNA.
