H4K16ac developmental dynamics during Drosophila development [RNA]


ABSTRACT: We have systematically studied the contribution of the histone acetyltransferase MOF for Drosophila embryos development characterizing the expression changes at st5, st7 and st15 in male and female embryos. Additionally, we studied the contribution of the histone acetyltransferase MOF for the transcription of male S2 cells.
