Analysis of retinal gene expression when exposed to laser radiation with a wavelength of 577 nm in the micropulse mode on the retina
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Analysis of retinal gene expression when exposed to laser radiation with a wavelength of 577 nm in the micropulse mode on the retina. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that laser radiation in a micropulse mode leads to a change in the expression of retinal genes. The genes whose expression level was significantly changed were identified - genes involved in the regulation of neoangiogenesis, structural cellular functions, cell proliferation, transcription, differentiation, transmembrane transport, signaling, synaptic transmission, and others.
