RNA-seq of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings growing axenically, or in the presence of different bacterial Synthetic Community treatments that induced different root morphology


ABSTRACT: This study evaluated the transcriptomic profiles of Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0) plants grown along four SynCom treatments that induced differential primary root growth. Treatments Dropout Variovorax and DropoutVariovoraxBurkholderia induced primary root growth inhibition (RGI), while treatments Full and DropoutBurkholderia mantained a stereotypical long primary root.
