A fully defined protocol for differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into forebrain neural progenitors
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) were differentiated into forebrain neural progenitors using a fully defined protocol with dual SMAD-inhibition. Cells were taken at four time points to monitor temporal changes in the transcriptome over the course of differentiation.
