ABSTRACT: To investigate whether embryonic stem cells exhibit a metabolic state different from that of somatic cells, we performed RNA-seq in mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs), induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs). To further investigate the effect of Gldc in mESCs, we performed RNA-seq in V6.5 cells with Gldc knockdown.
