Investigating chromatin accessibility differences in stem cells and inflammatory cells in heterotopic ossification using ATAC-Seq
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Mice were injured and their response in Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) were studied over a period of seven days. The injury site was either non-immobilized or immobilized. The aim of the project is to study how immobilization affects stemness and inflammatory cell response after injury by investigating chromatin accessibility differences using ATAC-Seq.
