LncRNA-mRNA expression profiles and functional networks of hyposalivation in the submandibular gland in hypertension
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Hyposalivation is a complication of hypertension. Although the lncRNA have recently been identified to play a role in the pathogenesis of hypertension, the specific effects of lncRNAs on hyposalivation caused by hypertension remain unclear. The aim of the current study was to construct and systematically analyze the lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA network and reveal its potential roles in hyposalivation.
