Oral cancer metastatic gene expression profiling: Identification of novel potential biomarker
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The survival rate of Oral squamous cell carcinoma has been around 50% for several decades because of cancer metastasis. Aberrant long nonconding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been demonstrated to play a crucial role in carcinogenesis and tumor development of OSCC. However, the potential mechanism of metastasis of OSCC remains unclear. In this study, We screened 487 differentially expressed mRNAs (DEmRNAs) and 1507 differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) between OSCC with and without metastasis to construct their interaction network in cis and trans way.
