Project description:Identify the transcriptome regulated by p53 and ZMAT3 in HCT116 colorectal cancer cell line. The hypothsis of this study is that ZMAT3 regulates the expression of a subset of RNAs that are also regulated by p53 to mediate its biological functions.
Project description:Zn72D is an RNA binding protein that alters A-to-I RNA editing and splicing in the fly brain. We performed RNA immunoprecipitation and sequencing (RIP-seq) to identify the RNAs that are bound by Zn72D.
Project description:Mitochondrial Malate Dehydrogenase 2 has been identified as an RNA-binding protein in several RNA-interactome capture studies. Here, we used eCLIP to identify the RNA targets bound by human MDH2. We identify cytosolic RNA targets for MDH2, as well as several mitochondrial tRNAs.
