A MULTIPLEX HUMAN PLURIPOTENT STEM CELL PLATFORM DEFINES MOLECULAR AND FUNCTIONAL SUBTYPES OF AUTISM
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We report a multiplex human pluripotent stem cell platform to investigate autism associated genetic variation during the development of the prefrontal cortex. This dataset represents the biological replicate datasets of our hPSC-derived prefrontal (PFC) and occipital (OCC) differentiation compared with neural stem cells (NSCs). We find that the top genes associated with PFC identity correlate well with in vivo PFC using the Allen Developmental Transcriptome data.
