Dysregulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway via Rnf146 upregulation in a VPA-induced mouse model of autism spectrum disorder

ABSTRACT: To investigate the function of RNF146 on gene expression and signaling pathways, we overexpressed RNF146 in mouse prefrontal cortex (PFC) using AAV and performed RNA-seq analysis. We found that genes in Wnt signaling pathway are differentially expressed in RNF146 expressed PFC compared to control.
