RNA-seq in AGS-EBV, shRNA
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide. Epstein-barr virus-associated gastric cancer accounts for about 10% of all gastric cancers. EBV itself expresses a variety of proteins and regulates the expression of host genes. In this study, we examined the knockdown of BC200 and eIF4A3 in AGS-EBV, respectively, and analyzed its effect on host mRNA expression.
