Targeting Smyd3 by antisense oligonucleotides attenuates liver tumor growth


ABSTRACT: We investigated whether pharamacological inhibition of Smyd3 by antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) can influence diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-induced liver cancer development. Our phenotypic analyses, among others, included gene expression profiling.
