Single-cell RNAseq of CD45+ cells in murine gastric cancer.

ABSTRACT: YTN2 and YTN16 were chemically induced gastric cancer cell lines. When inoculated subcutaneously, YTN2 spontaneously regresses while YTN16 grows progressively. By single-cell RNA-Seq and flow cytometry, we found more IL-17 producing cells in YTN16 than YTN2. Blockade of IL-17 signaling in YTN16 tumor-bearing mice suppressed tumor growth. To investigate tumor-infiltrating cells after IL-17 blockade, we performed single-cell RNA-Seq of CD45+ cells in YTN16 tumors.
