Different expression profiles of lncRNA, mRNA and circRNA in peripheral blood (ceRNA) of normal newborns and children with BPD.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Increasing evidence shows that circular RNAs (circRNAs) play a vital role in the development of various diseases. A recent sequencing analysis of peripheral blood of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) patients showed that circABCC4 expression was significantly up-regulated. However, the specific function and potential mechanism of circRNAs in BPD remain unclear.
