ABSTRACT: Plasmodium chabaudi infected mice were drug-treated on day 14 post-infection with an i.p. injection of CQ (10mg/kg) and pyrimethamine (10mg/kg) followed by CQ (6 mg/ml) and pyrimethamine (70 mg/ml) containing water for 5 days. Spleens were removed 12 weeks after completion of drug treatment. Spleens from drug-treated naive mice were used as controls.
