Paternal exposure to methylphenidate induces ADHD-like behavioral phenotypes and altered gene expressions in mouse offspring.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To determine whether paternal methylpenidate exposure alters the behavior and gene expression of the offspring. We administrated methylphenidate (15 mg/kg) or saline (10 ml/kg) to sire and performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of striatum of 6-week-old offspring.
