Multiomic Evaluation of Metastasis Evolution, from Primary, CTC, to Metastatic Tumors
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Metastasis is the most important cause of cancer-related death and it has been the most important issue both in basic and clinical cancer researches. Through in vivo spontaneous metastasis animal model, we successfully cultivated and expanded the metastasis lineage cells for genomic, methylomic, and transcriptomic analyses based on the high efficiency and excellent viability of a modified CTC-capturing system together with primary and metastasis tumors as well as parental 4T1-hHER2 breast cancer cell line.
