Project description:Purpose: analyze the differential changed endothelial cells and pericytes interacton in normal and diseased condition Methods: Pdgfrb-EGFP mice were given PBS or LPS treatment via trachea instillation. 24h later, dissociate lung and isolate endothelial cells and pericytes by flow cytometry, then directly processed to RNA extraction and library construction Results: LPS induced a great transcriptomic change in pericytes than in endothelial cells and NO-sGC pathway was impaired during LPS-induced lung injury
