Single cell RNA-seq characterizes neural cell population in mouse dorsal root ganglion tissue

ABSTRACT: We characterized the cell population in mouse dorsal root ganglion using single cell RNA-seq experiment. The data was generated to test the ability of deconvolution method AdRoit. Neural tissues typically have many closely related neuronal cell types and subtypes. The complex population composition forms a challenging testing ground for evaluating and benchmarking the accuracy and robustness of deconvolution methods.
