RALYL increases hepatocellular carcinoma stemness by sustaining the mRNA stability of TGF-β2


ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of RALYL in HCC development and stemness, RALYL was overexpressed in PLC-8024 HCC cell line. Transcriptome sequencing was performed to investigate subsequent target and signaling pathway of RALYL.
