ABSTRACT: Slow fork speed inducer, hydroxyurea, efficiently improved development of somatic cell nuclear transfered embryos to the blastocyst stage. Here, we performed single embryo RNA-seq approach to investigate whether nuclear transfer embryos exhibited a transcriptional programme similar to in vivo fertilised embryos.
