Transcriptomic profiling uncovers key regulators during tulip bulb development
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to determine transcriptomic level changes during tulip bulb growth. Bulbs of tulip genotypes 'Ad Rem' and 'Red Power' were harvested for RNA extraction at the indicated time points from S1 to S4. In total, 16 samples with two biological replicates per stage combination were used for RNA sequencing analysis. At least 6 G clean bases were generated for each sample. Comparative analysis identified genes involved in bulb development.
