Cancer - immune cell interactions drive transitions to mesenchymal-like states in glioblastoma

ABSTRACT: To understand the diversity of expression states in model systems of Glioblastomas, we profiled 949 single cells from 13 mice at different timepoints by single-cell RNA sequencing, as well as 3483 cells from GBM celllines, 576 cells from OSM-treated vs control-treated mice, 2767 cells from OSM-treated vs control treated cell lines (MGG23, MGG75), 290 macrophage cells from mice OE OSM, and bulk RNA seq from triplicates after treatment with siRNA for 8 TFs known to regulate mesenchymal program.
