High-throughput sequencing analysis of mRNA and lncRNA in intestinal epithelial cells of wild-type mice, germ-free mice and wild-type mice infected with S. Typhimurium
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: At the epigenetic level, lncRNAs play important roles in cell differentiation and function. We identified novel long-stranded non-coding RNA (GM1082) in intestinal epithelial cells. We used high-throughput sequencing to detail the global programme of gene expression and identified distinct classes of up or down regulated genes in intestinal epithelial cells of wild-type mice, germ-free mice and wild-type mice infected with S. Typhimurium.
