Rybp Modulates Embryonic Neurogenesis Involving the Notch Signaling Pathway in a PRC1-Independent Manner
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Rybp plays pivotal roles in regulating organic development, spermatogenesis, apoptosis and cancer. However, it remains unknown regarding the function of Rybp in regulating neuronal development. In the present study, we have shown that the depletion of Rybp in embryonic neural progenitor cells (NPCs) impairs proliferation and promotes neuronal differentiation of embryonic NPCs. In additon, Rybp deficiency results in alterations in dendritic shape of neuron.
