Transcriptomic analysis revealed genes involved in response to drought stress in Zizyphus jujuba var. Spinosa
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Through transcriptome sequencing analysis, drought-resistant genes were excavated to lay a foundation for the cultivation of excellent lineage of Zizyphus jujuba var. Spinosa. There were a total of 10136 differential expressed genes were obtained by transcriptome sequencing of the two families No.1 and No.5, among which 5254 genes were up-regulated and 4882 genes were down-regulated.Several gene families related to drought resistance were found, including ERF, bZIP, MYB, WRKY, NAC, ZFP, F-box, HSP, and bHLH.There are 926 entries commented to the Go function. There are 122 metabolic pathways annotated for KEGG function. The results of PCR fluorescence quantitative verification of 19 drought-related genes were consistent with the results of transcriptome sequencing, among which 15 genes were up-regulated in No. 1 family.
