Single cell transcriptome of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is the second most common malignancy within the liver, with a high degree of tumor heterogeneity and a very poor prognosis. In this study, single-cell transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed on 3 samples (1 plasma, 1 tumor and 1 paracancerous tissue) from an ICC patient with the aim of studying cell type variations in different tissue types.
