Non-cell autonomous control of liver autophagy via nutrient sensing AgRP neurons


ABSTRACT: Here, we revealed that optogenetic activation of AgRP neurons alters liver transcriptome associated with autophagy, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and ß-oxidation.
