Common chromosome gains and losses in acute lymphoblastic leukemia [RNA-seq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To evaluate chromosomal aberrations that were first detected with aCGH at the transcriptome level, we obtained total RNA from a sample derived from an individual with untreated acute lymphoblastic leukemia (which we named M5) and from the JURKAT and CEM cell lines. Sequencing was performed by NOVOGEN Bioinformatics Technology Co., Ltd., in Beijing, China. The platform used was Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
