Transcriptome-wide characterization of m6A methylation in colorectal cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) is the most prevalent internal chemical modification of mRNAs in eukaryotes, and m6A methylations are crucial in cancer development. We characterized RNA m6A methylation in colorectal cancer to investigate its association with current molecular phenotyping system.
