Next generation RNA sequencing elucidates the antitumor effects of Zelnorm via immune microenvironment regulation

ABSTRACT: Syngeneic B16F10 tumors were subcutaneously established in female C57BL/6J mice. Zelnorm (1.25 mg/kg) were orally administrated once every two days. Tumor volume and body weight were assessed (tumor volume=1/2 (length×width2)). Tumors were excised and weighted. Tumor samples were profiled by RNA-seq analysis.
