Determining the changes in the immunopeptidome in vivo following treatment with Papaverine

ABSTRACT: The aim of this project is to understand whether the alleviation of hypoxia in vivo leads to changes in the immunopeptidome. In this experiment, mouse colorectal CT26 cancer cells were subcutaneously transplanted into syngeneic (Balb/c) mice. Papaverine was administrated every 24h for 3 days before tumor was harvested ans immunopeptidomics experiment was then carried ou.
