PPARγ lipodystrophy mutants reveal intermolecular interactions required for enhancer activation


ABSTRACT: In this setup we have used RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and ATAC-seq to identify how natural mutations in PPARg, which leads to lipodystrophy, cause changes in transcription, chromatin landscape, transcription factor binding and enhancer activity.
