Gene expression profiles during the process of differentiation of HL-60 clone 15 cells into eosinophils [HL60cl15]

ABSTRACT: To investigate the changes in gene expression during the process of differentiation into eosinophils, microarray analysis was performed. HL-60 clone 15 cells were cultured with apicidin for 6 days. The cells were collected at four different time points and total RNA was prepared for use as a sample for microarray analysis.
