ABSTRACT: To investigate the TVA's effect on mouse CD8+ T cells in vitro, we treated activated mouse CD8+ T cells with DMSO or 20 µM TVA for 24 hours. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq.

RNA-seq analysis of Arabidopsis root with MBZ treatment

Project description:we reported the identification of a small molecule, Mebendazole (MBZ) that modulates GSA in Arabidopsis thaliana roots. To identify pathways immediately response to MBZ, we performed an mRNA-seq using roots of 14-days-old Arabidopsis grown on DMSO plates treated with DMSO or 10 µM MBZ for 4 hours. Differenetial expressed genes between DMSO and MBZ_4h treatments were analyzed. It has 8 samples in total, with 4 replicates for each treatment.

Project description:Purpose: Analysis of the differential gene expression of C3H10T1/2 cells undergoing Hedgehog (Hh) induced osteoblast differentiation compared to unstimulated (DMSO treated) cells and investigation of the differential gene expression caused by Picoberin, a highly potent inhibitor of Hh induced osteoblast differentiation (Comparison of purmorphamin + Picoberin treated C3H10T1/2 cells with purmorphamin + DMSO treated cells) Methods: 80 % confluent C3H10T1/2 cells were treated either with 1.5 µM purmorphamine + DMSO, only DMSO, 1.5 µM purmorphamine + 1 nM Picoberin, 1.5 µM purmorphamine +100 nM Picoberin or DMSO + 100 nM Picoberin for 24h, 48h, 96h or 7 days. Results: Picoberin inhibits osteoblast differentiation
