Effect of peptide ADSCP2 on gene expression of primary hypertrophic scar fibroblasts

ABSTRACT: In order to find the downstream mechanism of peptide ADSCP2, we performed RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) to examine the transcriptome change induced by ADSCP2. Differentially expressed genes were obtained by RNA-seq. Compared with the scramble control, 160 genes were up-regulated (fold change ≥ 2, P < 0.05) and 170 genes were down-regulated (fold change ≤ 0.5, P < 0.05) in the ADSCP2 group.
