ABSTRACT: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most prevalent cancers, with more than one million new cases every year worldwide. The prognosis of CRC considerably depends on its disease stage and metastatic status. This study aimed to identify significant expression differences during colorectal progression using a unique set of paired patient samples concerning tumor heterogeneity.
