ABSTRACT: This study investigated the therapeutic value of a candidate CRM, 3,4-dimethoxychalcone (3,4-DC), in functional recovery after SCI and its underlying mechanism. RNA sequencing was used to identify the mechanisms of 3,4-DC in SCI.
